The Isle of Wight Studio School’s SEND Information Report and Local SEND Offer provides insight into how the school strives to achieve positive and successful outcomes for our students with additional needs.  These documents aim to provide you with all the information you need in regard to the provision available to support your child with their education and overall well-being. The Isle of Wight Studio School values all students, whatever their needs and abilities. Our ethos is to encourage our young people to grow and develop confidence as learners as well as supporting them to be work ready.  Accordingly, we strive to meet the needs of all of our young people and we pride ourselves on the inclusive nature of our school environment.

Quality First Teaching is at the forefront of our provision and at The Isle of Wight Studio School our teachers are teachers of ALL students, whatever their needs, in their classroom. Staff are equipped with knowledge and experience ensuring that our students are able to access the curriculum and are supported effectively to overcome barriers to learning and progress. Our school prides itself on developing and nurturing the whole person. As a result, our young people not only progress academically but are equipped with essential skills and experience for them to become work ready individuals and rapidly move on in their chosen destinations.
